Mirror Lounge Chair
Drawing inspiration from various artworks that deal with reflections we wanted to create a functional furniture item that become a decorative object absorbing and influencing its own environment.
The lounge chair's shaped is based on the brutalist movement from the 20th century - becoming a piece of contrast with is harsh lines but soft appearance as it seems to dissolve in the world around it. We are very proud that this piece has been selected amongst others in the 2021 Sight Unseen Year book and has been featured in various magazine such as AD France and Elle Decoration.
Project 213A presents “ROSTOS” - artworks from Tom R Porter and Quoi Alexander, exhibited alongside the brand’s artisanal objects. Between 2021 and 2024 Project 213A invited these two artists to their studio in Maceira de Sarnes to produce artworks in their disciplinary practice, supporting the brand’s vision to create in Portugal. From 3rd-20th August, a curated selection of these works from all three parties will be presented in Mili Galeria, Melides.
